User Agreement
You (the user) can access https://choiceinsurance.in/ ("the Website"), subject to the terms and conditions of use, as amended / altered from time to time entirely at the discretion of Choice Insurance Broking India Private Limited(CIBIPL), as set out below. This Agreement is for an indefinite term and you understand and agree that are bound by such terms till the time you access / visit this website.
We reserve the right to add to or change/modify the terms of this Agreement including but not limited to suspend / cancel, or discontinue any or all channels, or service at any time without any notice, make modifications and alterations in any or all of the content, products and services contained on the website without prior notice. You will be deemed to have accepted such change(s) if you continue to access the website subsequent to such changes.
Individual Registration, Access and Exchange of Information
For availing certain and specific services you need to be registered with the website. By registering, you agree to the following terms in addition to any other specific terms which shall be posted at an appropriate location of the website. Each registration is for a single individual user only. To access these services, you will be asked to enter your individual User Name and Password. Therefore, we do not permit any of the following:
- Any other person sharing your User Name and Password
- Any part of the website being cached in proxy servers and accessed by individuals who have not registered with CIBIPL as users of the website.
- Access through a single User Name and Password being made available to multiple users on a network. If we reasonably believe that a User Name and Password are being used / misused in any manner as clarified above we reserve the right to cancel access rights immediately without notice, and block access to all users from that IP address.
Information Sharing & Disclosure
- The company may share your personal information or sensitive personal info0rmation with organizations or individuals that perform functions on the company’s behalf. For example, service providers may process payments for the company products and services or may store and process data on the company’s behalf. These service providers are granted access to personal information for the purpose of performing their functions for CIBIPL. Company before sharing the information ensures that these recipients agree to process such information based on our instruction and in compliance with the privacy policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
- CIBIPL may share your personal information or sensitive personal information in response to a court order, a request for cooperation from law enforcement or other government agency, or as otherwise required by law.
- CIBIPL may share your personal information or sensitive personal information within group companies or in connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as mergers, acquisition etc.
- If you are sharing any personal information directly on the social networking websites and blogs operated by third parties, personal information collected by these third parties is not covered under this policy. There might be affiliates or other sites linked to CIBIPL’s digital platform. Personal information that you provide to those website are not CIBIPL’s property and thus not covered under this policy. Consequently, we are not bound in any manner by any claims and/or liabilities arising thereto.
Rights of CIBIPL
CIBIPL reserves its right to terminate your account without any prior notice for any violation of stated Terms of Use. All content posted by you becomes the property of NJIB and you agree to grant / assign the royalty free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
